BetaQuill is a collaborative service for authors and early readers. You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure, use only accounts you are authorised to control, and comply with the policies presented with this document.

Authors must have the right to upload and distribute every manuscript they place in BetaQuill. Readers may access campaign material only for the campaign purpose chosen by its author. They must not redistribute, publish, sell, scrape, train systems on, or otherwise exploit manuscript material without explicit permission.

Volunteer reading and public reviews must not be sold or conditioned on payment. Any future professional Beta service is separate from public-review activity and must use the dedicated marketplace process.

BetaQuill may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect members, confidential material, the service, or legal compliance. Users may report mistakes or suspected misconduct and may request review of an enforcement decision.
