Respect the person behind the page

Give specific, constructive feedback. Disagreement about a manuscript is never permission to insult, threaten, intimidate or repeatedly contact its author or readers.

Protect privacy and creative work

Do not share manuscripts, screenshots, personal information, private messages or campaign details outside their intended audience. Never dox, stalk or impersonate another member.

Keep reviews independent

Volunteer participation must not be conditioned on a positive public review. Paid, promised or incentivised public reviews are prohibited. Professional Beta services will remain separate from public-review activity.

Use campaigns honestly

Do not upload malware, material you have no right to share, deceptive files, spam or content intended to evade platform safeguards. Do not manipulate reliability history or create accounts to evade a restriction.

Reporting and enforcement

Report harassment, abuse or unsafe conduct to support@betaquill.com. BetaQuill may preserve evidence, warn members, restrict features, remove campaign access or suspend accounts when necessary. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in permanent removal and referral to an appropriate authority.
